Acervo welcomes original, unpublished research contributions in all areas of multidisciplinary studies. Authors are requested to follow these guidelines carefully before submitting their manuscripts.
1. Manuscript Submission
- All manuscripts must be submitted online via the journal’s submission portal or by email to the editorial office.
- Submission must include:
- Manuscript (in .doc or .docx format)
- Author information (name, affiliation, ORCID, email)
- Cover letter (optional, but recommended)
2. Manuscript Structure
The manuscript should contain the following sections:
- Title: Clear and concise
- Abstract: 150–250 words, summarizing objectives, methods, results, and conclusions
- Keywords: 4–6 keywords
- Introduction
- Literature Review (if applicable)
- Methodology
- Results and Discussion
- Conclusion
- References (APA / MLA / IEEE – as applicable)
3. Formatting Guidelines
- File Format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx)
- Font: Times New Roman, 15 pt
- Line spacing: 1.5
- Margins: 1 inch on all sides
- Referencing: Use consistent citation style throughout (APA 7th Edition preferred unless specified)
4. Plagiarism Policy
- Manuscripts must be original and not under consideration elsewhere.
- Similarity index should be less than 10% (excluding references).
- Plagiarism will lead to immediate rejection.
5. Figures and Tables
- Include high-quality figures and tables with appropriate titles and source credits.
- All figures/tables must be cited in the text.
6. Author Responsibilities
- Authors are responsible for the accuracy of all content.
- Ethical approval is mandatory for research involving human/animal participants.
- All co-authors must have contributed significantly and agree to the final version.
7. Peer Review Process
- All manuscripts are subject to double-blind peer review.
- Review duration: 2–4 Days.
- The editorial board reserves the right to accept, reject, or request revisions.
8. Copyright and Licensing
- By submitting to Acervo, authors agree to transfer copyright upon acceptance.
- Open access articles are published under a Creative Commons license (CC BY 4.0) unless stated otherwise.

- Article Processing Charges (APC), if applicable, will be communicated during submission.
